Personal

They say that moving is one of the most stressful things a person can do. I can attest to that. I've bought and sold a total of fourteen times. As I moved through adulthood and circumstances changed, the place I called home changed fairly often, as it does for many. After settling in for a 13-year stretch of city living, with a weekend place in the Poconos, we decided that with our busy lifestyle Northern Westchester would be a more convenient choice for a second home. So we packed up the Poconos house and drove about an hour North of the city to find a new weekend escape. Two short months later we were packing up our apartment in the city because we knew we'd found our full time forever home in Northern Westchester. We fell in love with Northern Westchester because we'd found the perfect mix of natural beauty, peace and quiet, vibrant arts and cultural offerings, world class dining, great shopping and recreation, and all within easy proximity to the city for work or just for fun. With two Golden Retrievers, children and grandchildren visiting frequently, we can't think of anyplace else we'd rather live. After the move, and following on a successful 20+ year career as Project Manager for high profile commercial Real Estate clients and accounts in NYC, I decided it was time to try my hand at residential Real Estate, my dream job, because I get to sell what I love. My professional background gave me the grounding and experience necessary to move seamlessly into residential Real Estate. And I chose William Raveis because the company employs the latest technology-driven marketing systems which allow me to stay on top of the market, providing the best advice and most effective outreach for my clients. More importantly, over time I've developed an intuitive sense of how important it is to listen and invest myself in the often emotionally-wrought, financially significant ordeal of buying or selling a family home. It's personal. I get that and I can help you through that sometimes difficult process.
