The first thing that you should know is that I love my job. Seeing that "look" on a client's face when we find the perfect home never gets old. I'm in partnership with my clients from our first meeting through final contracts. It's my job to ensure that my clients are as educated as possible, comfortable making decisions, and that each step of the process is enjoyable rather than stressful. Even though it's my job, it never feels like work. The single biggest compliment that I can receive is earning a client's trust.
• I listen. Sometimes the most important detail is in a passing comment. I gather as much information as I can to deliver the most efficient service possible.
• I share. I have extensive experience and knowledge of multiple markets in greater Boston. Additionally, I also specialize in REO (bank-owned) properties which broadens my knowlege of other markets throughout MA. Extensive experience with REO market analysis proves valuable to my retail clients. By imparting this knowledge, my clients gain a powerful edge in the marketplace.
• I check in. I believe that no client should be wondering what their Realtor is doing for them. My response time is paramount to earning my client's trust.
• I'm a buffer. There are reams of paperwork, hours of phone time, and endless emails that go into a successful real estate transaction. That's all on me. I'm protective of my clients and do not want any additional stress placed upon them. I do the worrying, that's part of my job.
• I'm realistic yet positive. I'm always prepared to offer candid, clear advice in any given situation.
• I love my town. I'm proud to call Boston my home and pride myself on being a helpful tour guide. The tapestry of architecture and culture that we enjoy in something that I love and enjoy.
