Jennifer McDiarmid is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts with a deep knowledge and understanding of the area that is second to none. She is her clients go-to for local recommendations and insights, making her the perfect resource for buyers new to the area and sellers seeking local expertise. Jennifer takes pride in her public school education, having attended public/state schools from kindergarten through grad school.
Her high standards for professionalism, integrity, excellence, and ambitious goal-setting and achievement set her apart from other agents. Beginning her business as a part-time agent, Jennifer produced more than $1.7 million in sales volumes in her first eight months, earning the RAPV Bronze Level President's Award for 2022. She took her passion for real estate full time in 2023, surpassing the previous years' sales volume and once again being recognized by the RAPV.
Jennifer is licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, REALTORS Association of Pioneer Valley, and National Women's Council REALTORS.
Jennifer takes pride in serving her community through a variety of outlets. She is an active member of the Scantic Valley YMCA, and is an annual corporate sponsor of the Springfield Rifles Rugby Club Robert Mastroianni Memorial Golf Tournament. She has previously sponsored events such as the Common Grounds Fall Vendor Fair, and the 1st Annual Michael Ames Memorial Golf Tournament among others. Jennifer has spearheaded many successful fundraising ventures for local fire and police departments, as well as the Wounded Warrior Project. Jennifer is Vice President of the Western Massachusetts Track & Field Officials Association.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in History from Westfield State University, and a M.Ed from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is a homeowner in Springfield and enjoys running in her neighborhood and visiting her local library. When not she's not helping clients find their dream home, you can find Jennifer out for a run, most likely training for her next distance race! She has completed seven marathons, her most recent in October 2024.
