"CONSIDER IT DUNN" Sales are a way of life. You either love sales or hate sales. I love the hunt for the perfect home. For ten years I worked as a District Sales Manager for Avon Products. Teaching sales techniques to a sales force of 300 independent sales representatives was rewarding, but I missed selling. Selling a home was always in the future, so I took a course. The course led to my license which turned into a great job for me. Finding the right home for a buyer is a challenge. Selling a home for a friend or family member is a highly emotional time. In both cases the end result is rewarding. Working together as a team helps the process move smoothly. Listening to a prospective client's needs is most important. I am a Rockland native now living in Marshfield for the last 24 years. The South Shore area and surrounding Norfolk County towns are my focus. I have served 3 terms as an elected school committee member in Rockland and appointed President of the Rockland Chamber of Commerce. I am a FULL TIME Realtor. I can provide you with expert advice and guidance while you conduct the most important sale or purchase of your lifetime. I hold 3 Real Estate designations, GRI, CRS, and CBR. Trained in buyer representation I can guide a buyer in every aspect of the Real Estate decision (CBR). As a Graduate of the Real Estate Institution (GRI) I have spent over 30 hours in additional education and tested on Real Estate Issues. A CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation is held by less than 10% of Realtors nationwide. A specific volume, number of transactions and additional hours spent in the classroom and testing determines the designation.
