Janice Lanza began a successful career as an Associate Broker with Upper Westchester Real Estate in Bedford Hills in the 1980's. She quickly became an expert in new construction, handling sales of large projects for big developers including The Woods in Ossining, Yorktown and Mahopac (Neuberger/Weingarten); Fox Hill (Pepitone); Fairview Manor (Amicucci Development); Sherbrooke Estates (Foley Development); Somers Chase (Toll Brothers); and Hammond Ridge (Bayswater Development). Janice, who is a member of both HGAR/OneKeyMLS, and the Mid-Hudson MLS, was previously affiliated with Grand Lux Realty in Chappaqua. What keeps her going is the joy on her clients faces.
