With experience in the Real Estate business, since 1986, and an undisputed reputation for attention to detail, Jan always makes YOUR real estate transaction her most important with her "can do" attitude.

The wife of a U.S. Army Officer, travel was a huge part of her family life for 20 years. Jan's three sons are scattered about the Country in their professions and her husband is in his final resting place at West Point. She has found no lovelier place to call home than Cape Cod.

Soon after receiving her Broker's License, and earning her Graduate of Realtor's Institute Designation (GRI), Jan was instrumental in opening a Pre-Licensing School and teaching the weekend crash course, then followed up by hiring, managing, training and bookkeeping for a 23-person real estate office.

Since 2002, Jan has become the expert on the market at the Kings Way Condos. Jan has been Club Champion twice at Kings Way Golf Club, Yarmouth Port, 5 years as President, and several years as Historian for the 18-Hole Ladies Golf Association at Kings Way and is presently Treasurer for The Kings Way Garden Club. Other volunteer positions include several years as a Member and President of the Board of Trustees at First United Methodist Church of Chatham, where she also has served several years as Treasurer and Liturgist.
