After a lengthy tenure in computer software, James made the decision to permanently relocate to Montauk in 2001. Possessing a passion for real estate, he directed his focus towards establishing a new career and commenced employment at the former Pospisil Real Estate. Since embarking on this new path, James has thrived as a successful real estate salesperson. James boasts extensive familiarity with both residential and commercial properties, lending him a breadth of knowledge that allows him to excel in his field. Beyond his professional pursuits, James is deeply committed to serving the community he calls home, as evidenced by his longstanding membership in the Montauk Fire Department, which he joined in 2001. As a true enthusiast of the outdoors, James takes great pleasure in engaging in a variety of activities within the waters of Montauk, including fishing, surfing, and diving.
