Personal
I am a REALTOR, author, and guide whose life bridges the worlds of service, creativity, and reflection. I was born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, in a family shaped by tradition, storytelling, and deep connection. From an early age, I learned to recognize meaning in the everyday, in homes, in rituals, and in the quiet moments that define belonging. Those early influences continue to guide both my professional path and my way of being in the world. My journey has carried me across continents and cultures, from Mexico to Los Angeles, Madrid, London, and across Western Europe, as well as several countries in Africa, where I worked with international organizations supporting communities, development, and public service. Along the way, I earned degrees in Communication Studies and Spanish Literature from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master's in International Relations from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom. These experiences deepened my lasting curiosity about identity, purpose, and the many ways people seek home, not only as a place, but as a state of being. Beyond real estate, I find joy in movement and expression, volleyball, fitness, biking, swimming, as well as in theater, music, photography, travel, and the shared language of food. These pursuits ground me, reminding me that a well-lived life is built as much on presence as on progress. Through every chapter, whether guiding families toward their next home or exploring meaning through my writing, I remain guided by a simple North Star: to connect hearts, build community, and help create spaces where peace, belonging, and possibility can take root.

Achievements
I am a Family Transition and Relocation Advisor serving Westchester County and the New York City bridge market. With a background in global communications, advocacy, and cross‑cultural leadership, I guide families, first‑time buyers, and international clients through the complex decisions that shape their homes, schools, and long‑term financial futures. Rather than focusing on transactions, I specialize in interpretation, helping families understand school ecosystems, neighborhood identities, governance risks, and timing strategies so they can move with clarity and confidence. My advisory approach blends strategic analysis, cultural fluency, and deep local market intelligence, supporting clients through life transitions such as relocation, immigration, growing families, and intergenerational planning. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, I serve a diverse community of buyers and sellers navigating cross‑border moves and complex housing systems. I am also an educator and speaker on family decision‑making, immigrant pathways to homeownership, and long‑term housing strategy, helping families not only buy homes but build stability, belonging, and future opportunity.

As a trusted advisor, I serve each client with passion, integrity, and commitment, helping them achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Respect, care, understanding, and follow-through are at the heart of my work. Every transaction is an opportunity to build trust, create lasting relationships, and guide clients toward a home and future they love.

My multilingual background enables more than communication, it builds trust, cultural alignment, and clarity in moments of transition. By understanding not only language but cultural context, family dynamics, and decision-making traditions, I help clients feel seen, understood, and confidently guided through one of life?s most important chapters.
Experience
With a professional background spanning more than two decades in strategic communications, public engagement, and global service, I bring a rare combination of analytical judgment, storytelling, and human-centered advisory to real estate. At William Raveis Real Estate, I guide buyers, sellers, and investors through complex housing decisions across Westchester, Rockland, Oragne and Putnam counties and the greater New York City market. My practice emphasizes clarity over pressure, combining thoughtful pricing, rigorous market analysis, skilled negotiation, and personalized guidance to support confident, well-timed decisions. My approach blends data-driven strategy with deep attention to people?s life transitions: growing families, relocations, cross-border moves, and long-term planning. Clients value a calm, discreet, and informed experience, one grounded in trust, preparation, and long-term perspective. Because every transaction represents more than a sale, I treat each engagement as a chapter in someone's life. My role is to bring structure, insight, and steadiness to moments that shape home, family, and future.

These moments often involve more than a change of address, they mark new chapters in family life, career, and identity. As a specialist in relocation and cross-border transitions, I bring lived experience to every engagement. Having relocated across Latin America, Western Europe, and several countries in Africa before settling in the United States, I understand both the emotional and practical dimensions of moving, from cultural adjustment and schooling considerations to market timing and neighborhood selection. Whether supporting first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or international families, my role is to create a smooth, informed, and human-centered process, so clients can focus not simply on purchasing a home, but on building belonging, stability, and a sense of place.
