Gayle not only was knowledgeable, capable, and unfailingly professional at every stage of the process, but also was incredibly good-natured and helpful as we tackled the monumental undertaking of clearing out the archaeological layers of ?stuff? that tend to accumulate over the decades in a house that has, quite literally, thousands of square feet of storage space (a full basement, a walk-up attic, and a full second floor over a detached, three-bay barn). To my great relief, Gayle was all empathy and no judgment as we slogged along, offering cheerful and welcome encouragement when I despaired at ever being done!... She also assisted with staging; recruited able helpers to move a few heavy pieces in advance of our photo session; handled what turned out to be a blessedly short few days of masked, socially distant showings (the house sold quickly well above asking price, with multiple good offers); and shepherded the transaction through inspections and to closing so capably that our buyer(!) recommended her to his son and daughter-in-law shortly thereafter, when they began a search for a new home in our town....
