"Building relationships is invaluable," says veteran Hamptons real estate broker Francie Phillips. For over 30 years Francie has cultivated a loyal following of clients by successfully listing, selling, and building homes across the East End. "I give my clients my full attention and take the time to give them all the support and guidance they need to list and market their homes. I treat them the way I'd want to be treated and it shows, my referral business is very strong." Francie developed deep community roots on the East End after her family settled in Westhampton in 1964. Globetrotter Francie travelled the world as a young girl living in Japan as well as Hawaii and South Carolina with the Air Force - her father, Francis Gabreski, a World War II top flying ace and the Wing Commander of the Westhampton Air Base which would later be named for him, Francis S. Gabreski Airport. Francie attended Westhampton Beach High School where she would meet and then later marry her sweetheart, John. She and John raised a family, built and sold several homes, and grew several businesses in the years that followed. A transition into real estate was a natural progression for the entrepreneurial Francie. "My responsibility as a William Raveis Real Estate agent is to serve the seller, the buyer, and the public with the utmost respect and honesty as one would expect in their real estate needs," says Francie. As someone who owns a marina and maintains a thriving rental business Francie understands the complexities of dealing with the Department of Environmental Conservation, various departments in Southampton Town, Suffolk Country Department of Health, and working with the Town. Francie has strong relationships with local builders, contractors, architects, and tradespeople and is an expert contract negotiator skills her clients and customers rely upon to help her close deals quickly. Environmentally minded, one of her most recent multimillion dollar residential building projects included geothermal, solar energy, and green technology.
