The Emie Barnes Team at William Raveis Real Estate represents two sisters, Emie and Rose, who together share 30+ years of real estate and marketing experience. Before moving to Naples,FL, Emie was a top real estate producer in New York for over thirty years and is now a Luxury Properties Specialist with William Raveis. Rose was a marketing executive and supported national clients like Ralph Lauren, Starbucks and Forevermark Diamonds.

As residents of Pelican Bay, they are intimately familiar with the Naples area and the Pelican Bay community and understand the nuances across neighborhoods. Emie has lived in Pelican Bay for over a decade and serves as a member of the Naples Council of Realtors and sits on the board of the Pelican Bay Women's League.

After a successful career in advertising in New York and Connecticut, Rose secured her real estate license and joined her sister in Naples in 2020. She was lured down by the warm climate, sunsets, and ability to run on the beach. She is an avid runner/marathoner who ran the NYC Marathon in November 2021 and the London Marathon in October 2022. Emie ran the NYC marathon in 1986.

In addition to her brokerage license, Emie holds a B.A. from the University of Denver. Rose holds a B.A. from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Emie and Rose bring to each customer relationship honesty, professionalism, good humor, and all the insider tips for runners, beach go-ers, golfers and outdoor enthusiasts!
