Elaine began her career in Luxury Real Estate in 1989 in the Washington DC area. As a native Washingtonian and the granddaughter of a developer, Real Estate has deep roots in Elaine's heart and quickly became her passion. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, with concentration in Finance. As a young girl, spending time in Naples over the years with her Father, it was natural she started her business in Naples where she would focus her expertise on luxury Real Estate. With a high level of success in the industry, Elaine prides herself on providing expert advice to her clients, strong negotiation skills and an unparalleled marketing strategy. She has sold over 1 billion in residential sales making her one of the top 1% of Realtors in the country. With several decades of experience Elaine has been recognized in top rankings by the Wall Street Journal, Real Trends and earned her certification Christies International Luxury Real Estate designation. Elaine's eye for interior design combined with her certification in staging, all of her homes present themselves as perfection compared to the competition. As a result her homes sell faster and for more money in comparison to the industry averages.
