I bring a broad range of analytical and real estate skills to bear for my clients. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1979, I built the pre-eminent residential management company in Central Ohio, managing 50,000 homes. During my career, I worked continually during to raise the level of ethics and professionalism in the industry, and I?ve also been a leading advocate for legislative action. I have been recruited as a speaker and have taught classes on virtually every aspect of real estate investments and management to audiences of homeowners, Realtors, attorneys, and other professionals before the Boards of Realtors, Bar Associations, and many other groups. I became active in Naples real estate in 2012, when I moved here full time to work as a Broker and home builder.
