She proudly serves within William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance, the #1 family-owned brokerage in the Northeast, founded in 1974 on service, integrity, and agent development ? values that closely align with her leadership philosophy. Deb's diverse executive background sets her apart in real estate coaching and agent development. She began her career in Congress before holding senior leadership roles with the Massachusetts Hospital Association, Salem Hospital, the Essex National Heritage Association, and as Executive Director of the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce. She later served as Director of Strategy & Outreach for the MIT International Design Center at MIT, advancing innovative, cross-disciplinary initiatives. Today, Deb is known for empowering agents across Massachusetts and New England to think strategically, lead confidently, and grow with clarity and purpose. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three, a foster mom, and caretaker of four rescue dogs and two rescue cats. Family, service, and leadership remain at the heart of everything she does.
