Biography

As a lifelong resident of Westchester, NY—born, raised, and now living in Armonk—I have an intimate understanding of this vibrant community and the surrounding towns. My deep knowledge of Westchester allows me to provide valuable insights into market trends, available inventory, and local logistics, ensuring my clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence. Growing up in a construction family, I developed an inherent understanding of real estate from an early age. This foundation, combined with my passion for the industry, allows me to see beyond the surface of a home. My husband, Mel Orellana, owner of Prime Building Services, a construction company based in Armonk, and together, we collaborate on nearly every real estate transaction. This partnership gives our clients a distinct advantage, whether buying, selling, or investing. Mel also serves as a volunteer on the North Castle Architectural Review Board, deepening our intimate knowledge and connection to the town. Beyond real estate, family and community are at the core of everything I do. My husband, Mel, and I have three daughters in the Byram Hills School District, giving me firsthand experience with the exceptional school system and local lifestyle. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me on the sidelines of a soccer game, playing tennis with my local team, or walking my two dogs—Cocoa, an Australian Labradoodle, and Bella, a Bernedoodle. I also serve as a Board Member at Whippoorwill Country Club in Armonk, where I chair the racquets committee, further connecting me to the community I love.
