Hello I'm Dan Ludwig. I've been a realtor in Florida for the past 7 years. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 33 years in my own electrical contracting business,started at age 23. Working with countless people in their homes, commercial buildings and industry projects. This taught me the invaluable lesson of being detailed and listening to my customers needs and wants. My wife and I decided to retire and move to Naples. However, I didn't want to completely retire, so I studied and earned my license as a realtor here in Florida. To continue my education in the industry I studied and receive the GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute) designation to advance my knowledge in the real estate industry. Being in business for so long I've learned to be detailed and listen to what people say and follow up with everything. I bring decades of business professionalism and a commitment to meticulous client service to every real estate transaction.
