With family roots in Naples dating back to the 1970s, and a resident herself since 1989, Cristal's knowledge of Naples' waterfront and beachfront communities is extensive. Her family's dedication to the craft - she's the daughter, granddaughter and sister of real estate professionals and developers in Collier County - make her value as a real estate agent exceptional. Cristal launched her career in 1992 and immediately developed a passion for selling residential real estate in the waterfront communities of Naples. She also has had the opportunity to work with commercial properties, renovating and selling new construction in the high-end luxury markets of Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples, Park Shore and Pelican Bay. Today, her choice to remain dedicated to selling residential properties is a result of living in the Aqualane Shores and Old Naples communities for over 26 years with a desire to share her knowledge of these areas with her clients. Throughout her career, Cristal has amassed over $500 million in total real estate sales. In 2017, she set a commercial real estate record sale on 5th Avenue South. Also in 2017, her sale for an exclusive high demand beachfront property on Gordon Drive was one of the top 10 highest sales for the year in Naples. Cristal has worked tirelessly for her clients and is responsible for multi-million dollar sales in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples, Park Shore and Lake Park neighborhoods. Cristal attended Ohio University where she studied Political Science and English. She is the proud mother of Eva and both enjoy volunteering and supporting the Humane Society of Naples, St. Matthew's House and The Shelter for Abused Women. She has been involved in many charitable organizations, including The David Lawrence Center, Project Help, The Boys & Girls Club and The Conservancy. She loves beach time with her family, gardening and experiencing all that her home town of Naples has to offer.
