Chris brings years of real estate experience, along with a background in film and television. Kate brings experience in New York City real estate management, editorial production, and visual strategy. Originally from New York City, she first came to the Pioneer Valley in 2000 to attend Hampshire College, and the area has felt like home ever since. A large part of Chris and Kate's work centers around transitions: relocating, buying a first home, selling a longtime home, downsizing, preparing a property for market, or starting a new chapter. Kate's long-term volunteer work with Hospice of the Fisher Home has deepened her sensitivity to the emotional side of these decisions.
