As a listing and selling agent I focus exclusively on relationship based, quality transactions. I have worked hard to develop a multi faceted approach for generating well qualified buyers and sellers through a large sphere of influence. This includes past and present clients, independent marketing efforts, targeted demographic Internet research and going directly to current rental clients through the managed properties. It has become quite clear that the "information age" has changed the real estate industry forever and yet, at the end of the day, often overlooked is the fact that this is still a relationship business. The best interest of our clients must always remain first and I believe it is essential for me to help my clients by providing the very best tools and the most valuable pieces of information they truly need to bridge the gap between technology and their needs. While there may be no substitute for experience I feel an open mind to change and an ability to learn quickly is essential.
