Chelsea Fraenkel maintains a wealth of information of Westchester, predominantly Scarsdale where she was raised and currently resides. Whether guiding a young family moving to the suburbs or helping an empty nester with the sale and purchase of a new home, Chelsea has the local knowledge and industry expertise her clients need to achieve and exceed their goals. Before returning to Scarsdale, Chelsea worked for Cantor Fitzgerald in their Commercial Real Estate group in Manhattan. Working closely with both real estate investors and lenders, she understands the level of commitment and trust each client deserves. Chelsea attended Scarsdale High School, and holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from Ithaca College. Chelsea currently lives in the Quaker Ridge section of Scarsdale with her husband and two young children.
