Personal

Born in upstate New York, raised in northern New Jersey, graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Economics in 1972. US Army officer from 1972-1976, with one overseas tour and two years with the famed 82nd Airborne Division. After my military duties, I worked for several large Fortune 500 companies as a Human Resources executive. In 1985, my wife and I started Chasmar Properties in Virginia Beach. We developed and operated 6 Burger King franchisees in the Tidewater area, as well as Exxon, Shell and Texaco gas/convenience stations. We moved to Florida in 2007 and I started an "encore career" in residential real estate sales in 2009. We live in Frenchmans Reserve and have 3 lovely daughters and 4 beautiful grandchildren. I have logged nearly $100 million in real estate sales.
