Having called Fairfield County and Shippan Point home for over 28 years and raising 2 children with his wife Cindy, Charlie has witnessed firsthand the evolution of the real estate market and understands the intricacies of buying and selling in this dynamic environment. Born in St. Louis, Charlie is just 2 generations removed from Connecticut and the Northeast where many summers and holidays were spent with family there. 3 cities, 8 houses and 5 schools just through secondary school gave Charlie firsthand exposure to a wide variety of real estate from a very early age. Much of Charlie?s ability to envision how a house transitions into a home came through his mother?s passions around major renovation and interior design projects which happened frequently throughout his youth. When Charlie isn't busy assisting clients, you can find him exploring Fairfield County roads by bicycle, hitting the trails for a hike with his dog Lila, boating on Long Island Sound or spending time with friends and neighbors. With a little more time and a plane ticket, Charlie enjoys travel and exploration to just about anywhere in the world (especially if there are mountains and snow.)
