Bio

As a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, Carly Woodard brings an unparalleled level of local expertise to her successful real estate practice. Her full-service approach, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the area, ensures her clients feel supported throughout their real estate journey. Carly and her husband Steve met while both living in Fairfield County. They bought their first home together on Saugatuck Island in Westport where they had their two young boys, William and James. After seven wonderful years at the beach, they found their dream home in lower Greenfield Hill and decided to move to Fairfield. Carly’s personal connection to these towns allows her to offer insight on everything from schools to local businesses that make each town unique. Likewise, she offers her clients access to a trusted network of professionals that are ready to provide service and support in all their home ownership needs. Outside of work, Carly is a big supporter of St. Jude Children's Hospital and actively contributes to its mission. She is also on the Membership Committee at the Hermitage Club in Southern Vermont where she enjoys skiing and spending quality time with her family.
