As a Residential/Commercial Real Estate Associate at William Raveis, Carlos Reyes brings with him 20 years of entrepreneurship and sales experience in real estate and fitness. While still working in Manhattan, Carlos fell in love with the history, natural surroundings, and beauty of the Stonington / Mystic area and became a homeowner here in 2009. Carlos spent the earlier part of his career as a fitness professional with Equinox and as a part-time residential real estate salesperson with Warburg Realty, both jobs in Tribeca, NYC. In 2014, he and his family made the move full-time to Connecticut. His multi-faceted background in building and running businesses provides Carlos with a unique perspective on assessing both residential and commercial real estate opportunities. Carlos graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Law from John Jay College. He is currently attending New York University to complete his Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment. He has a passion for historic building preservation and redevelopment. His attention to detail and eagerness to help his clients make Carlos truly approachable and enjoyable to work with. Carlos is multilingual, with fluency in Spanish and Conversational Portuguese.
