Carlos Reyes brings 20 years of experience in sales and entrepreneurship, with a background in real estate and fitness. Living in New York City, he thrived as a fitness and nutrition coach at Equinox gyms and with private clients. Fitness gave Carlos the opportunity to meet many people and to eventually pursue residential real estate part-time with Warburg in Tribeca, Manhattan. He found both fields to be highly complementary and fulfilling. In 2009, Carlos became a homeowner in Stonington and moved there full-time in 2014. He enjoys the life/work balance he has been able to create along with his wife and son. His diverse experience in building and running businesses gives him a unique perspective on assessing residential and commercial real estate opportunities for clients and himself. Carlos graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Criminal Law from John Jay College. One of Carlos?s passions is historic building preservation and redevelopment which is why New England became a point of interest. Carlos is now fully invested in the community and loves it! Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, Carlos is approachable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.
