David Craven's talent for real estate marketing and sales originates from a diverse background. Educated as an engineer at Wolverton University, England, David was awarded Engineer of the Year in the United Kingdom before he was 21 years of age. His adventurous spirit brought him to Miami, Florida, where he worked for and eventually co-owned Creech Brothers Construction, building mainly in the Kendal area of South Florida. While living in Miami, David also owned a Scuba/Dive Operation in Tavernier, Florida, taking full advantage of the beauty of the Florida Keys. With extensive knowledge of engineering, building and construction, David chose to switch gears to sales, and accepted the position of Director of Sales for Brookman-Fels, a true luxury custom home builder. During his time with Brookman-Fels, David won the coveted Fame, Pinnacle, Aurora, and the most-sought after America's Best Builder awards. He was also voted one of South Florida's 40 Under 40 Most Likely to Succeed. Accepting an offer from Burg and Silvester Builders in Palm Beach Gardens to assume the role of Director of Sales, David moved his family to Palm Beach County. During his time with Burg and Silvester, David was again recognized by his community, winning the GCBA Builder of the Year Palm Beach County Award. Burg and Silvester built custom luxury residences in communities including Nature's Hideaway and Milling?s Cay. In North Palm Beach, David was offered and accepted the prestigious position of Director of Sales for Jack Nicklaus at the ultra-exclusive The Bear's Club in Jupiter. Over the next 7 years, David oversaw the sale of $300,000,000 in sales to a discerning clientele that included professional athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, as well as stage and television actors. David understands and respects the privacy and personal security of his clientele. After completion of sales at The Bear's Club, David chose to re-enter the Palm Beaches residential sales market, and chose to affiliate with William Raveis Real Estate to capitalize on their penchant for luxury marketing. David's personal time is centered on family, especially his daughter Isabella, currently attending Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and sports, most notably soccer. Having been born and raised in Wolverton, UK, David remains a huge fan of the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, more affectionately known as the Wolves. He currently serves our community as the Executive President of the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association, and Director of TOPS soccer for special needs children, as well as a Board member of the Palm Beach Gardens Predators Soccer Club. Personal
Johnna has had a rich and varied life journey. As a native of West Virginia and attending the University of Charleston before moving to Buffalo, NY, with her boyfriend Billy, whom she later married in 1999. From 1993 to 2002, Johnna worked at the West Herr Automotive Group, where she started as a sales consultant and was eventually promoted to finance manager. This experience allowed her to gain extensive customer service skills that she now applies to her real estate career. In 2002, Johnna and her husband welcomed their daughter Sarah, who was born prematurely and spent nine weeks in the NICU. Johnna was fortunate enough to be able to stay at home and care for her during her early years. In 2006, the family moved from Buffalo to West Palm Beach, Florida. After settling in West Palm Beach, Johnna became highly involved at The Benjamin School, where her daughter Sarah attended from pre-K onwards. She dedicated her time as a volunteer in the classroom, coordinated projects, assisted with the BASH fund-raiser, and acted as a grade liaison for four years. Sarah graduated from Benjamin in 2020 and is now attending Florida State University. As empty nesters, Johnna and Billy spend their time pursuing hobbies and actively participating in volunteer work, particularly supporting the Susan G. Komen South Florida Race for the Cure/More Than Pink Walk. Since 2019, Johnna has been walking, raising money, and soliciting auction items for the event. She has been recognized as a top fundraiser in both 2020, 2021,2022 and 2023. Johnna's personal connection to breast cancer as a survivor drives her passion for supporting others who have faced similar challenges. In terms of her professional career, Johnna embarked on an 11-year journey as a Realtor with Platinum Properties and Royal Key Realty. However, in January 2021, she joined William Raveis South Florida and formed a team called The Craven & Weiss Group alongside David Craven, a highly experienced individual in the real estate industry with 36+ years of presence. Together, they aim to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations in Martin and Palm Beach Counties.
