A Commercial & Residential Specialist. BB King is a commercial and residential specialist based in Southampton. His portfolio covers the entire East End. In addition to his expertise in commercial, retail and industrial real estate BB brings a unique skill set to residential brokerage that most residential brokers can not. For over 25 years he worked in commercial real estate in New York City and developed relationships with hundreds of developers, investors, private equity and hedge fund executives who actively look for East End properties. Having grown up in New York City, BB started his real estate career in Houston, Texas, where he worked as a Financial Adviser specializing in real estate private placements for high net-worth individuals. It was during this time that he developed a passion for real estate and honed his skills in the field. BB later returned to his roots in New York City and worked as a commercial and retail broker at ESG, one of the top commercial brokerages in the city. He represented clients such as Tishman Speyer, Silverstein Properties, Zucker Organization, The Trump Organization, and Solomon Equities. Working alongside prominent developers, investors, and brokers in New York City, BB gained invaluable experience and expertise that became the foundation for his success today. Today, BB is part of William Raveis, the premiere real estate company on the East End of Long Island. With a vast network and extensive knowledge of the industry, BB has been fortunate to represent tenants, landlords, developers, and investors on the East End. His clients have testified to his character, integrity, and ability to negotiate the best deals, making him one of the most trusted names in the business. BB resides on the East End of Long Island with his wife, Mary, and their son Harrison, who attends an M 7 University where he is securing his MBA. He enjoys horse riding, visiting farmers and ranchers in the North Fork, and fishing for fluke and sea bass in the bays of the East End. He is also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and continues to work on his sparring and self-defense.
