There are no two homes alike...each listing has its own road map. To create a marketing strategy that will produce and position a property for the best results, I need to balance current market conditions, direct competition, seller's goals, and the audience that the particular property yields. I only use professional photography, have floor plans completed, and generally have a video included in my package for the most robust digital footprint. I enjoy being creative and presenting "out of the box" thinking to my clients.
