A Sarasota County resident for nearly four decades, Bill Cantrell brings deep local knowledge and a lifelong commitment to the community he proudly calls home. Bill resides in Nokomis with his wife, Linda, and is widely recognized for his civic leadership and dedication to strengthening the region. He currently serves as President of the Nokomis Area Civic Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and is a board member of both the Osprey-Nokomis Chamber of Commerce and the Nokomis Volunteer Fire Department Commission. Bill is also the organizer of Historic Nokomis Day, an annual community event that raises funds to provide summer camp scholarships for local children through Sarasota County Parks & Recreation. Over the past three years alone, the event has helped send 70 children to summer camp. With a strong network, decades of local insight, and a genuine passion for the Sarasota coastal lifestyle, Bill provides his clients with thoughtful guidance and trusted representation throughout every step of the real estate process.
