As a real estate investor, I rely heavily on agents to help find sound investments and to guide me through the sometimes complicated and ever changing regulations concerning the buying and selling of real property. Investments must be bought at the right price and marketed at numbers that will both insure a fair return and appeal to a potential buyer. I have worked with agents on both coasts of the U.S. as well as the mid-west and overseas. Clearly, in my opinion, Auralee is among the very best. She has an excellent "feel" for the local market; what is selling, what is not, what is a good value and what to stay away from.
Often the real test of an agent comes after the initial offering is accepted. This period can be an emotional roller coaster ride for both parties, buyer and seller. In this "arena", Auralee excels. Where some agents retreat from the tough aspects of negotiations, she meets the issues "head on" and goes the extra mile to see that the sale is completed.
Personally, I chose to only conduct business with people who are honest and have integrity. Auralee is a very nice person and a pleasure to do business with.
