"I have bought and sold several houses, and have helped my family sell their primary home, a commercial building with a house attached and their secondary home. I would like to think that I have had a little experience with real estate, and therefore real estate agents. That being said, I would rank Annette very high in the industry. I could use many words to describe Annette, but the two that come to the top are honesty and integrity. These are not always easily found in Real Estate agents. My husband and I first met Annette at an open house. We loved the house, but not the location. The more we thought about it, the more we realized we did not want to be on the north side of Lower County Road. Annette asked us if we were working with someone, and if she could contact us. She was always professional in dealing with us, but what was most important to us, is that she so clearly listened to our responses to the listings she showed us. She kept us informed about the listings we showed interest in and each house she showed us was in line with what we were looking for. We told her we were in no rush, and understood it could take a long time to find what we were looking for. She never pressured us to look at something we didn't have an interest in, and she always stayed within our geographical and monetary boundaries. She never questioned our decision to make an offer or not to make an offer. We explained our reasoning, and she always made us feel like we were making the right decision.
Annette was always available to us and responded timely and efficiently to our calls and questions. When we made our offer, she kept on top of the progress, listened to our endless decision making process and answered all the questions we asked of her without making us feel the questions were too trivial or too stupid. Annette stayed on top of all the conflict resolutions, and literally held our hands through all the conflicts.
I would recommend Annette to my friends and family without hesitation.
