Hi my name is Amy Swanson and I’m a real estate agent representing both buyers and sellers for William Raveis Real Estate. As a member of the Chairman’s Elite Club (the top 5% in the company), I cover Westport, Weston, Wilton, Norwalk, Fairfield and Easton. Making Connecticut home After many years of living in London, my husband Howard Rosenberg and I decided it was time to return to the States with our two young boys, Josh and Zack. As my husband grew up in Westport and his family is still there, it was a logical focus for our search. I knew we were going to miss living in a city but the area had so much to offer that didn’t last long. Years later, after putting two boys through the amazing public school system, we continue to enjoy the sophisticated shopping, restaurants and New York City mentality of the residents. Marketing that makes a difference As a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design I bring to the table over 20 years of design and marketing experience and a well-developed eye for design. This allows me to quickly assess how to best market a home for sale to achieve maximum market value, as well as seeing a home’s hidden potential for buyers. I am tech and social media savvy, with a strong following on Instagram and Facebook. I write a popular, weekly newsletter highlighting open houses, market trends and local news. Being a professional graphic designer, my marketing materials are professional, including high-end and drone photography, floor plans and magazine-style brochures. Making a match The real estate business is about buying and selling homes, but for me it is really about people: listening to your wants and needs, working through decisions and negotiations and finding the right solutions for you and your family. I love my role as matchmaker! I pride myself on getting to know my clients very well, so I can truly understand their needs and wishes.
