Having used Mystic CT as a halfway point while driving to Boston University during her college years, Allison fell in love with the salty seaside towns, expansive beaches and lighthouses, as well as the nautical history deeply embedded in the Northeast coastline. After her fourth child Allison moved from NY to CT in zoo3. With ‘Anything to do with the home’ as a second love Allison obtained her real estate license in both CT and RI helping hundreds of clients find their dream home over the last 13 years, She is passionate about making home buying and selling as seamless as possible by helping alleviate many of her clients' concerns throughout the process. As a result of cultivating great working relationships and developing trust with her clients, Allison has widened her sphere and enjoys a significant amount of repeat business, Client satisfaction and loyalty are among the greatest motivating factors in providing the ultimate customer service. As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Allison walks buyers through the process of pre-qualification, mortgage application, home search, offer writing and closing in a friendly easy to understand responsive manner. As a Military Relocation Specialist Allison is certified to work with current and former military service members who need to buy or sell due to relocation orders This is important due to the proximity of General Dynamics’ Electric Boat in both Quonset Point in RI and Groton, CT. Allison is constantly improving her real estate skills through education and experience and is involved in local business school and community activities with her adult children and grandchildren. She is also passionate about food and thoroughly enjoys cooking as well as yoga.
