Who goes with the first and only agent they meet? It was clear when we met with Phyllis that you knew your stuff, but it was the way you explained everything to Phyllis that really won us over. There were a lot of moving parts - code compliance, inspections, new broker, my availability for a few weeks, gas leak, showings, and of course the sales strategy. On top of all that you're not on the Cape and I'm not in the state. As an aside, we bought our first house in 1976, we've been down this path many times, I wouldn't have settled for just any agent even if I lived in town. For this sale it had to be a professional.

You pulled it all together. Your decisions and recommendations were spot on. Anyone buying or selling a property would be very fortunate to have you represent them.
