I am honored to work with the #1 family-owned brokerage, William Raveis Real Estate, a company founded on service, integrity, and agent development. Since its beginnings in 1974 above a grocery store, founder Bill Raveis has devoted his life to growing agents and serving clients - values that deeply resonate with my own leadership philosophy. I do not come from a traditional real estate background & believe my diverse career experience brings a unique perspective to agent development, with a strong focus on strategic growth, efficiency, and creating a sustainable work-life balance. I began my career working in Congress on legislative initiatives before relocating to Massachusetts, where I held leadership and strategy roles with the Massachusetts Hospital Association, Salem Hospital, and the Essex National Heritage Association. I later served as Executive Director of the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce, where I partnered closely with the local business community to support economic growth and collaboration. Prior to joining William Raveis, I held a pivotal role at MIT, serving as Director of Strategy & Outreach for the MIT International Design Center, a multidisciplinary community of faculty, researchers, labs, and students spanning all five schools at MIT. There, I helped build support for innovative, cross-disciplinary initiatives with global impact. Outside of my professional life, I am grateful to be a mom to three amazing children, a foster son, and the proud caretaker of four dogs and two cats - all rescues. Family, service, and leadership are at the heart of my life.
