Experience

Steve Facelle is a broker and sales manager with nearly 10 years of real estate experience in the Greater Boston area. After graduating from Boston College in 2012, he has enjoyed stops in Boston, Somerville, Brookline, and Cambridge, where he currently lives with his wife and son. His experience living in multiple cities in both Suffolk and Middlesex counties has equipped Steve with intimate knowledge of the various markets and cultures across all of Greater Boston. Steve believes in a client-centric and value-driven approach, working diligently with his clients to ensure all of their real estate needs are met: buying, selling, investing, renting, and more. Forming long-lasting relationships with them and becoming their go-to real estate professional beyond their initial objectives is a source of pride and joy. Beyond his work with residential clients, Steve also has many years of experience managing and training new and existing real estate salespeople. He enjoys helping agents build successful, sustainable careers, and inspiring them to reach their full potential. As with his own sales business, Steve encourages agents to adopt an approach centered on service and value.
