Gayle Worthington began her real estate career with William Raveis in 2008, following a successful 16-year career in sales and marketing. Her strong negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and attention to detail help clients achieve successful outcomes when buying or selling a home in Easton, Fairfield, Weston, Redding, Westport, and the greater Fairfield County luxury real estate market.

In 2015, Gayle Worthington was invited to serve as Vice President of Business Development at William Raveis, where she recruited top real estate talent and supported the company?s expansion throughout Fairfield County, Westchester County, and New York City. Through this role she built an extensive professional network with leading real estate agents and sales managers across the region connections that continue to benefit her clients today.

Gayle Worthington has proudly lived in Easton, Connecticut since 2000, giving her deep local knowledge of the community and its real estate market. Prior to Easton, she lived in Greenwich, Stamford (Shippan Point), and Scarsdale, New York, providing her with valuable insight into the broader Connecticut and New York suburban markets.

Gayle Worthington is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and is an active member of Greenfield Hill Congregational Church, Aspetuck Valley Country Club, and Winged Foot Golf Club. She also serves the community as a member of the Easton Board of Assessment Appeals.

Above all, Gayle Worthington?s greatest joy is raising her two sons, one a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the other a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
