Joe Scozzafava came to the real estate profession from a successful sales and executive management career in the technology sector working for companies such as Xerox, Hewlett Packard and Apple Computer. At Apple, in an International Marketing assignment, he traveled extensively in Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions. He fulfilled a life long goal by becoming a Real Estate professional in 2009. Joe grew up in Fairfield County and has lived in Darien, Rowayton and Wilton, where he currently resides with his wife Ann. She is an accomplished mathematician and has worked for the Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Wilton and Ridgefield school systems. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of the local communities, Joe's interest in architectural design and renovation gives him a keen eye in viewing properties for their utility, value and potential. He considers both their esthetic "home" qualities as well as the investment value when making recommendations to his clients.
