She had the house staged and even purchased additional items to spruce up certain areas of the house. She guided us to a professional who chose the pallet of paints and guided us to a painter who was both excellent and who cost far less than we had expected to pay. She picked out and picked up the cabinet hardware as well as the island pendant lights - a perfect fit. When our buyers requested additional services such as radon remediation, she found a low cost company who responded right away and the readings lowered to close to zero.
