A true professional like Kate, cannot be summed up
in just one review (it's just not fair to her).
With that said - Kate Mattox is an extremely
intelligent, driven and experienced professional
who clearly knows what she is doing in Real Estate.
I met Kate through a colleague of mine who spoke
extremely highly of her. Having doubts about this
"high recommendation" (due to working with
multiple agents), I gave it a try. Once I connected
with Kate, her energy, experience and listening
abilities clearly stood out from the rest. Within the
next couple of hours (yes, hours), Kate was
presenting me potential homes (exactly what I was
looking for). I was blown away, so blown away that I
was laughing because I thought this was a joke. In
my honest opinion, the better an agent is at
listening to you; the better outcome you're going
get (it's hard to find these type of agents, trust
me).
None the less, Kate found me my dream home
within two weeks of working with her (I was blown
away)! Also, let it be known; the location, type of
house, and all the space I was looking for was
extremely tough to find (hence why I was working
with two other agents for MONTHS). Kate scarily,
put them both to shame.
I ALSO found out later, Kate was doing all this while
just having a little girl! I mean, when I say "doing all
of this"; I mean, emailing me/getting back to me at
ALL times, pitching me new properties,
and answering all of my millions of questions. I am a
hard client (trust me), but Kate made it seem like
was "just another one of those" which felt
awesome.
