Hi, my name is Greg and I am so excited to have joined William Raveis' Armonk office this year! I am a results-driven entrepreneur who brings to the table a wealth of experience in retail procurement and sales, corporate accounting and finance, as well as operational property management. I am no stranger to Armonk and the Westchester region. I was born in NYC and just a few years later moved to Armonk in 2002 where I would spend the rest of my childhood. I graduated from Byram Hills High School in 2013, earned a Business degree from Penn State in 2017, then immediately kickstarted my career at IBM's Armonk Headquarters on the Global Sales Incentives Finance team. But wait, there's more! Although education is valuable, experience is invaluable. By the age of 11, I was already tech savvy and well-versed in spreadsheets and bookkeeping for my family's rental property portfolio. I remain active to this day, maintaining all of the financial statements, performing light repairs, and providing statistical insights to improve business practices, eliminate unnecessary expenses and drive greater profitability. I started my first business at the age of 13, sourcing trendy products at wholesale and selling to classmates and nationwide with an online store. I leveraged social media and Pay-Per-Click advertising to drive real customers to my store. At 17, I put my education to the test and started an automotive parts, detail and repair business, which I still own and solely operate today. Owning and running a business came with a huge learning curve and many challenges, but it has provided me with invaluable lessons and skills, and fostered friendships and business relationships along the way. Professionally, I am a financial analyst and a subject matter expert in what I do. I am transforming the business with agile principles, streamlining manual processes, automating financial modeling & reporting and building proprietary cloud-based financial database systems, while motivating sellers to generate more revenue with industry-leading sales plans. I love to keep myself busy. Aside from work, I spend time with my fiancee and Corgi, grow my YouTube channel, snowboard, weight lift and build & restore rare cars from the 90's. In just 10 years, I have collected and traded over 60 different cars with the help of my younger brother, who also shares a passion for cars. When it comes to serving my clients, no matter the industry, I strive to be open, honest and transparent, all while delivering impressive results. I am proud to be joining my father's team at William Raveis so that we can help you buy, sell or rent your next home!
