A graduate of Salem State University, Oliver earned his Bachelors degree in Psychology. • Before entering real estate, Oliver developed a deep appreciation for homes and property through years of hands-on work. In landscaping, he learned how the smallest details, from clean lines to thoughtful plantings can transform a property and elevate curb appeal. As a lumber yard associate, he worked closely with local contractors and home builders, gaining firsthand exposure to the craftsmanship, planning, and dedication required to build or renovate someone's forever home. These experiences give him a practical understanding of both aesthetics and structure, an advantage for clients evaluating value and potential. Born and raised in Gloucester, Oliver also spent time working as a lobsterman, a role he considers a true rite of passage. The experience strengthened his work ethic, resilience, and appreciation for the coastal communities he now proudly serves.
• Athletics have played a major role throughout Oliver's life. He grew up competing in multiple sports, focusing on football and track in high school, where he developed lifelong values of discipline, preparation, and perseverance. Today, he continues to give back by volunteering as a Muay Thai instructor at Defensive Edge, an MMA gym in Wakefield, mentoring younger students and passing along those same principles of hard work and dedication.
• Outside of real estate, Oliver enjoys supporting his younger siblings in their athletic pursuits. Two of his brothers are passionate baseball players, and while baseball wasn't his sport growing up, watching their commitment and success has sparked a newfound appreciation for the game and reinforced his belief in the power of dedication and growth.
