Madison Nye is a Guilford native with a passion for home design, community connection, and helping clients find a place they truly love. With a background in public relations and ongoing graduate studies in social work, Madison brings a detail-oriented, compassionate, and client-first approach to real estate. She is especially passionate about working with first-time buyers and prides herself on open communication, trust, and walking alongside her clients through every step of the buying or selling process. Having grown up in Guilford, Madison brings a deep understanding of the local area and a genuine appreciation for the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home. She proudly serves New Haven County and the Connecticut shoreline, but is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Madison’s passion for real estate is rooted in her longstanding interest in home design and her desire to help others through important life transitions. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW), with long-term academic goals in child development, Madison’s background uniquely shapes her approach to real estate; a compassionate, detail-oriented, and advocacy-driven approach to every transaction. Her professional background in public relations and years of working in local small businesses have shaped her strong communication skills, work ethic, and commitment to building lasting relationships based on trust and loyalty. Deeply involved in the Guilford community, Madison has volunteered with Unified Sports at Guilford High School, coached youth lacrosse, and served as a Peer Ministry leader at St. George Catholic Church. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys practicing Bikram yoga, spending time in nature, exploring holistic wellness, and expressing her creativity through interior design and floral arrangements. Madison is especially passionate about guiding first-time buyers and those transitioning from renting to ownership, walking alongside her clients with care, professionalism, and unwavering dedication every step of the way.
