With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Christine Matulay brings a unique combination of legal expertise, client service, and transaction management to the CVJ Team at William Raveis. Her extensive background in real estate closings gives her an exceptional understanding of the contract-to-close process, allowing her to anticipate challenges, streamline communication, and ensure a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers. Christine graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in legal studies and criminal justice, a foundation that has shaped her meticulous approach to every detail of a transaction. Prior to joining William Raveis, she spent over 20 years supporting high-volume real estate and commercial closings, earning a reputation for her professionalism, organization, and calm problem-solving style. Originally from New Jersey, Christine relocated to Naples during her teenage years and has developed deep ties to the local community ever since. She is married to Naples native David, and together they are proud parents to three daughters. When she’s not assisting clients or managing transactions, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, supporting local youth softball, and taking in all that the Naples lifestyle has to offer. Christine’s blend of experience, integrity, community and personal connection makes her an invaluable part of the CVJ Team—helping clients navigate one of life’s most important milestones with confidence and care.
