Personal

I have been a resident of Cape Cod since 1989 and a licensed Real Estate agent since 1984. I began my career in Real Estate at age 25 in both Norfolk and Bristol County and while selling properties I became keenly interested in the design aspect of home ownership. While in real estate I went back to college to study interior design and architecture and obtained a degree in Interior Design. I went on to open and operate my own business, New Vision Interiors, while maintaining my real estate license. My eye for placement and design has been invaluable to my customers when assisting them with staging their homes for maximum appeal. As a member of Team Kinchla with William Raveis since 2014, I've achieved recognition and trust in the highest categories for listing and selling, with me personally having listed and sold over 185 properties in that time period. Dedication to my craft, keeping a cool head in negotiations and constant clear communication has been the key to completion of so many seamless transactions. My pride in this business and local expertise and authority in my field has only grown stronger and more insightful having lived in Falmouth for over 35 years.
