She is the President & CEO of Ingenious Global Properties LLC, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple states since 2008. Her investment philosophy centers on long-term value creation, operational excellence, and consistent return on investment. Bhairavi also leads Ingenious Global LLC, a consulting and education firm focused on empowering professionals through strategic partnerships and solutions. Her entrepreneurial journey includes founding Body Botanica Care, a physician-backed natural skincare brand, and Hands Feet and Beyond, a multidisciplinary wellness practice. Earlier in her career, she held senior financial analyst roles at Mayo Clinic, Penn Medicine, and ChristianaCare, where she specialized in financial modeling, incentive structures, and strategic planning across large health systems. Deeply committed to cultural education, Bhairavi volunteers as a language teacher at Shishu Bharati, a Massachusetts-based nonprofit with over 40 years of history.
