My wife Melissa and I wanted to take a moment now that we’ve settled in to our new home (Irene made things a little difficult) to offer a heartfelt thank you to you and your team, especially Jane Fulton.
From our very first meeting Jane was the best! Being first time homebuyers we needed someone who would shepherd us through the process and answer all of the silly questions we might have along the way. We also needed someone who understood that we were very serious and eager to find our “dream” home as quickly as possible. Jane was definitely up to the task. We viewed over 20 or so homes and on every occasion Jane was there with a smile and a hug to greet us. This is despite the fact that she had recently injured her ankle, which I’m sure made keeping up with us no easy task.
Not only did she answer all of our questions but she offered sound advice throughout the process. Once we found the home we ultimately decided to purchase she guided us through the process from A-Z. This included the “interesting” situation with rival buyers as well as the tedious and time consuming process of working out the deal with the current owners and their attorney. She also pointed us in the direction of a great mortgage broker, David Bigley and an awesome attorney, Peter Kaiser.
Anytime we felt uneasy or needed clarification about what we should or needed to do she was there. If we needed to change a time due to work or travel she was very understanding. If a call needed to be made, it was, no matter the hour. (that includes taking time during her personal travel to reach out to us from the airport) If something needed a firm nudge or to be massaged she was on top of it. Even after the closing she kept in touch with us to make sure everything was going as planned and that our move in was a successful one. Words really can’t say how thankful we are that we were lucky enough to be matched up with Jane for the purchase of our first home but hopefully this testimonial gives you an idea.
We also want to thank you T.R. for everything. From taking the time to meet with us initially, to matching us up with Jane and of course our final walk through with the personal touch. (pictures came out great) This was truly an experience that we will never forget for all the RIGHT reasons.
