Mary is a phenomenal realtor. In a very difficult market we found a “for sale by owner” that we were interested in. Most realtors would try to steer us away due to the reduced commission, but Mary took on our purchase with a full committment of her time. And it was one of the most difficult transactions we ever hope to experience (the seller fired her attourney hours before the P&S was due to be signed and considered doing it again minutes prior to the closing). Mary is an excellent negotiator and pricing strategist. In addition, she calmed me down in several late evening phone calls. Her team knows their stuff and helped out with preparation of all of the details for our sale. They even stepped in at the 11th hour in our purchase, properly installing all of the proper smoke detection equipment (the wrong detectors were masking-taped to the ceiling) so that the seller would not fail the fire inspection. Really above and beyond!!
