As a first time, single home buyer, I had no idea what to expect with the home buying process. All that I knew was that I felt like I was up for the adventure. In the end, and looking back, I don't know what I would have done without Lisa.

If there's one thing Lisa taught me about this process it?s that "there's always a solution." And, she was absolutely right.

From our very first introductory meeting to the very last signature at the closing, Lisa was there to guide me through the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and confirmed for me that I was making a good decision. She also told me when she thought I was making an un-informed decision, which I valued most about our relationship. Lisa is a genuinely kind person and will always have your best interest in mind.

There wasn't one moment in the process that I felt alone and uncertain about what to do next. Lisa was candid and served as my second pair of eyes. She was rationale and her credibility was evident as she always had an answer to my problems.

Lastly, Lisa, above all else, was professional. She does her research and negotiates well. She knew that this was one of the biggest decisions of my life and she respected that with everything word she spoke and every action she took. Yes, it?s her job, but it?s clearly also her passion. Take my word for it. Lisa is a great realtor, but you'll walk away feeling as if you've been friends for a lifetime.

"Assisting our son and daughter-in-law in the process of finding a home in West Hartford while they were living in NY with three young children was not an easy task.
