"Judi Dommer was my agent for over a year and a half. Over this time, I got to know her well as both an agent and a person. In short, she was the hardest working, knowledgeable, patient and caring person I have ever worked with.
I was a first time home buyer with very specific needs and tastes. Judi spent an abundance of time with me, showing a wide array of applicable properties over a large area. The amount of time she put in for me (along with driving distance) was above and beyond what I would have ever expected. My father was also involved as my second set of eyes and Judi would often times give him an early showing, prior to showing me a property. So she took care of 2 very needy clients for 1 purchase with no questions asked.
Judi also picked out great properties for me to look at. As it was my first time buying a house, my tastes changed along the way and she adapted for me. "The towns we were looking at, were all pretty far away so Judi made sure we looked at a bunch of homes at a time, preventing us from driving back and forth so much. Once we picked the home of our dreams, Judi used her knowledge of the area and gave us names of qualified companies to call to handle the inspections we needed. Being first time homebuyers we had a limited knowledge of how to go about this and Judi took the stress off of our shoulders with her knowledge.
