After many years in the non profit sector, I entered the world of real estate in NYC which is one of the most fluid, dynamic and competitive markets in the world. The many years I spent in non profit working not only as a volunteer in several organizations in both California and New York City but also professionally in health and human services and educational self improvement allowed me to become service-oriented rather than commission-driven. My clients find my easy demeanor, empathetic approach, and sincerity refreshing in the world of real estate sales. Experience
Over the course of nearly a decade as a sales agent in New York City I worked as an assistant to a senior vice president at the Corcoran Group which was founded by Barbara Corcoran. I then rose through the ranks, working as a sales agent, then as an on-site sales agent for a new ground-up condominium building on Eighth Avenue, The Onyx, located in the heart of the downtown, highly desirable neighborhood of Chelsea. I worked at Corcoran during many of the company's major milestones including the sale of the company and the acquisition of brokerages in the Hamptons, Palm Beach and New York.

After selling all 52 apartments in The Onyx, I became the sales director for a large condominium conversion project, 650 Sixth Avenue Lofts. For this project I was called in to take over as the sole, exclusive sales and marketing agent from the city's top firm who could not sell the apartments due to mismarketing. The first thing I did was reposition and rebrand the entire building as well as stage a few apartments which subsequently led to rapid sales.

Personal
I began my real estate career at New York City's preeminent residential real estate firm, the Corcoran Group. I started working in the firm's Upper East side office, the highest grossing real estate office in the country. I began as an assistant sales agent to two top-producing senior vice-presidents, one of whom is one of Corcoran's top agents, selling well over $100 million annually. My focus was luxury sales over $2 million and high-end rentals in the $10,000-$25,000 per month range. As an agent I have functioned as a sales agent working with buyers, sellers and developers.

Having a decade of real estate experience has enabled me to hone my communication and negotiation skills. This enables me to both sell a home for higher prices in a shorter amount of time and to assist buyers in locating their dream home in the shortest period of time.

I am responsible for all aspects of marketing and for securing and maintaining my business but most importantly I enjoy the process of helping people find a home. I love helping my clients have fun during the process of selling or buying a home and I feel that this work is my true calling.

Ten years ago I relocated from New York City and moved to the place of my dreams, Provincetown. Working as a realtor in such an incredibly unique, desirable and magical town is a dream come true and I look forward to serving the community as well as helping people realize their real estate goals.
